Not only do we have the blessing to be located in a state of the art fitness facility at the tremendously successful and innovative Skyline Church, but we also have the convenience of being located only minutes away from anywhere in East County or South Bay.
Safe and Family Friendly Environment
The Fitness center at Skyline Church has a big parking lot in a safe and family friendly area. Skyline also has programs for every age group and plenty of room on the grounds for you to enjoy the afternoon. It has a large training floor complete with mirrors perfect for martial arts and self defense training.
State of the Art Training Equipment
Our dojo has been outfitted with the latest state of the art equipment including the Bob Bag (a personal training opponent bag), mats, mirrors, and targets, perfect for training and defense.
Convenient East County Location
Located in Rancho San Diego our dojo location is perfectly situated between Santee, El Cajon, La Mesa and Spring Valley. It also is a short drive from virtually anywhere in San Diego, or South Bay.
